Company history

Retiring to the Long Beach,WA penninsula in 2002 ,Bruce "Bluto" Bailey ,along with wife Sharon And youngest daughter Chelcie. found the area lacking in good east coast style pizza. Bluto ,who hails from Philadelphia ,started playing around with some tomatoes and flour along with a few other secret ingeidients to come up with a product that impressed his family and friends. One thing leading to another brings us to where we are today, a highly praised and succsesful pizzeria

"Calzone Heaven: When I heard from several local merchants that Bluto's was the best place to eat in Long Beach, I had to go. I got a calzone. Talk about Heaven!! This hugh, homemade, tasty goodness was to die for. I am encouraging everybody to try this pizza place and then write or call Food Network. I definetly will be. This is a heaven everyone should know about. Wonderful food and service!!" 4/17/07
